The Brief
The Picaluna vision empowers families and communities to honour the life of a loved one as an authentic celebration of life. We worked with Picaluna to develop a service offering which would deliver exceptional care to families at time of need. We determined that a technology enabled process would optimise funeral co-ordination in a manner that would be scalable, repeatable and sustainable.
Our Challenge
Funeral co-ordination is a high velocity task management process. The Picaluna team bring diverse technology and funeral process knowledge to the organisation. The team required tooling that would democratise process knowledge, hold the team accountable and link funeral arrangers with service providers who assist with the delivery of funeral experiences. The system would deliver all the functional and regulatory requirements while integrating with government APIs, cemeteries, finance platforms and systems of record.
