Fleetwood Urban were revitalising their brand and recognised the need for a new website. Known as an industry thought leader with a proud history of developing, designing and building stunning outdoor structures across Australia, Fleetwood wanted to understand the role that digital technologies could play in better connecting them to their audience as part of a well considered digital strategy.
Fleetwood Urban had established clear sales and marketing routines which connected them to their audience. We conducted user interviews to guide development of a roadmap that aligned the content, user experience and digital strategies. It was determined the website would need to structure content around the three key business pillars: "Play, Access and Shade". The site would need to integrate with CRM and Digital Asset Management platforms to provide insights and streamline content management for cross functional in-house teams. A product kiosk tool would also be required to showcase Fleetwood Urban's unique product options to the user.
